Will I see a proof of my order before printing?
The majority of our invitations and announcements do include a proof. In some cases a proof will need to be ordered (please see individual cards). All orders with 100 or more invitations a proof will be required. Proofs will be sent to your e-mail address. Once a proof has been approved and the order goes to print, all mistakes are the responsibility of the customer.
How long will it take to receive an order?
Once the proof has been approved, processing times vary (please see individual cards). Once the order is processed, the method of shipment will determine how long it will take for your order to arrive.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, due to the personalized nature of the products, we are unable to accept returns.
What is your cancellation policy?
If the manufacturer has started the order and created a proof, we will need to charge a $25.00 cancellation fee. This charge will be applied to your credit card.
Do you charge sales tax?
All Colorado residents will be charged a 5.1% sales tax on every order.
Can you add our return address to the envelopes?
Yes. The cost varies from card to card.
Do you ship outside the United States?

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is charged when the order is shipped.
What is included in the price?
The listed price is per card unless otherwise noted. This price includes the card, customized printing,
and envelope.
What is an Imagitation?
Imagitations offer you a new and unique way to incorporate your own personal photos or images directly into Stacy Claire Boyd products. Whether it is a picture of your child, your family, your child's drawing or a picture of your new home for a moving announcement, Stacy Claire Boyd can print your photograph or digital image on selected cards. Imagitations can also be used to make a unique and personal party invitation.
How do I send a photo for Imagitations?

Acceptable digital file formats are JPEG and TIF. For digital files the minimum resolution is 150 dpi. Photos taken with digital cameras, when set on the highest quality setting, will usually suffice. All Imagitation orders require a fax proof of $12. Imagitation orders will require two additional days of in-house processing. The quality of the final product will depend on the quality of the photo or digital image. Inkjet photos are not acceptable. Images may be cropped in order to make them fit properly. Please do not cut the photo down to size before sending it to us. We need to allow for flexibility in placing the photo into the Imagitation frame. Please select a photo appropriate for the Imagitation you choose. For best results, provide a portrait photo layout for vertical Imagitations and a landscape photo layout for horizontal Imagitations. Converting a landscape photo to vertical or to a square shape may not be possible in some instances because the image fills the entire frame. At no additional charge, we can convert a color image to black and white or to sepia tone. We will attempt to return all photos and images with your order, but we will not be responsible for lost or damaged photos. Digital files will not be returned.
Permission: By submitting your order, you represent to us that you either own the image or that you have permission from the copyright holder or other owner to reproduce the image, and that our reproduction of the image will not violate the rights of any other person. Also, by submitting your order you agree to indemnify us and defend and hold us harmless from all actions, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including, but not limited to, attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or relating to: (a) our possession or reproduction of the image and (b) any breach of your representations in the previous sentence.
