All Madi & Company orders ship via UPS directly from the manufacturer's location. Since we carry lines from various manufacturers, please see individual item pages for "ships from" information. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes so please provide a work or home address. The delivery timeframes are based on when your order leaves the facility (after your order is processed), not the day the order was placed. Packages will not be shipped or delivered on Saturdays or Sundays.
